About the role

  • Drive the full presales cycle, coordinating experts and managing RFPs, RFQs, and similar opportunities
  • Collaborate with Sales, Delivery, and technical teams to help the company win new business while continuously improving presales processes
  • Lead end-to-end presales efforts, shaping proposals, estimates, and presentations that help Dev.Pro win new business
  • Manage end-to-end presales activities: initiation, planning, estimates, documentation, proposals, and presentations
  • Organize and lead cross-functional presales teams to deliver high-quality, timely client responses
  • Collaborate with internal teams (Delivery Leadership, Sales, Recruitment, Marketing, etc.)
  • Engage with clients during presales to capture requirements, set expectations, and address concerns
  • Identify and implement improvements in presales processes
  • Maintain high efficiency under tight RFP/RFQ deadlines

Requirements

  • 5+ years in project management, including 2+ years in presales
  • Strong presales leadership and experience managing end-to-end presales processes and proposals
  • Experience with global clients, translating business needs into delivery solutions
  • Strong stakeholder management, prioritization, and on-time delivery
  • Technical knowledge to lead discussions with experts
  • Strong understanding of SDLC and PM methods
  • Hands-on project planning, estimation, and delivery oversight
  • Process improvement and cross-team coordination experience
  • Upper-Intermediate+ English level
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation
  • Autonomy, accountability, adaptability, and strong decision-making under uncertainty
  • Desirable: Proposal development experience (RFP/RFQ responses, discovery calls, estimations)
  • Domain knowledge in fintech, hospitality, or retail
