About the role
- Support the development of a healthcare cost containment platform
- Perform manual testing and data validation to ensure accuracy and reliability
- Focus on backend processes related to patient advocacy, analytics & reporting, and care management services
- Execute and document test cases based on business and technical requirements
- Identify, report, and track defects related to data quality
- Collaborate with developers and data analysts for testing needs
Requirements
- Up to 6 months of commercial manual testing experience
- Basic understanding of software testing and data validation principles
- Familiarity with manual testing techniques and test case execution
- Ability to write basic SQL queries for data validation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (sorting, filtering, conditional formatting)
- Intermediate+ English level
- Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Good communication and teamwork abilities
- Proactive mindset with a strong desire to learn and grow
- High sense of ownership, accountability, and visibility in work
- Desirable: Basic knowledge of MS SQL Server
- Experience with Redgate or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of test management or defect-tracking tools
- Working knowledge of Git
