About the role
- Own end-to-end design across web, mobile, and email, shaping seamless and impactful product experiences
- Work hands-on with a modern and diverse set of design, analytics, and AI tools
- Thrive in a fast-paced, lean environment, collaborating closely with a skilled team of engineers and stakeholders
- Design and iterate UI for web, mobile, and email using Figma or similar
- Own and evolve the design system to ensure product consistency
- Write clear, actionable design requirements and collaborate with engineers on implementation
- Leverage AI tools to streamline workflows and reduce repetitive tasks
- Use analytics tools to analyze user data and guide design decisions
- Conduct an initial design audit to identify gaps and propose improvements
- Present design rationale and recommendations to internal teams and external partners
- Prioritize design work effectively and thrive in a fast-moving, lean environment
Requirements
- Expertise in UI design using Figma (or equivalent)
- Experience with responsive design across devices
- Ability to maintain and evolve design systems
- Proficiency in creating design documentation/specs
- Experience with analytics tools, preferably Mixpanel
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to thrive in remote, multicultural environments; strong ownership and initiative
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills

- Product focus on designs that drive business and user value
- Openness to feedback with confidence in design decisions
- Basic frontend coding skills (HTML, CSS, JavaScript)
