About the role

  • Analyze and automate data processes: You analyze data processing workflows in our systems (including Abacus360)
  • Ensure data quality: By identifying data quality issues early, you initiate appropriate corrective actions
  • Support projects: Actively contribute to SAP HANA and cross-functional projects
  • Design processes & internal control systems (ICS): You design, implement and optimize regulatory reporting processes for the dwpbank group
  • Take ownership of systems: When data flows, systems, or regulatory requirements change, you perform functional and regression tests
  • Prepare reports: Independently prepare group reports for supervisory authorities and DZ Bank
  • Regulatory and technical assessment: Implement regulatory changes based on well-founded analyses
  • Coordinate audits: Coordinate internal and external audits and respond reliably to audit inquiries

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in the financial sector
  • Solid understanding of technical workflows and the interdependencies in data processing
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment
  • Confident and routine use of Abacus360 Banking
  • Strong database skills – preferably with SAP
  • Familiarity with national and international supervisory regulatory frameworks, particularly the German Banking Act (KWG) and the Capital Requirements Regulation (CRR)
  • Confident German communication (C1) and good English skills (B2)
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Quick and reliable identification of technical relationships and potential sources of error
  • Good process understanding and strong technical interest
