About the role

  • Process cash and stock capital repayments in daily operations
  • Prepare client communications and statements
  • Reconcile cash and securities postings
  • Handle exceptional and complex cases
  • Coordinate technically with custodians, settlement agents and issuers
  • Provide subject-matter advice as a point of contact
  • Support (agile) implementation projects and system testing
  • Participate in special tasks such as client migrations or regulatory changes

Requirements

  • Completed vocational training or degree, preferably with a background in finance
  • Solid knowledge of securities processing and initial practical experience in testing systems and processes
  • Proficient in MS Office; experience with SAP and knowledge of the firm’s system family (WP2/WP3) is an advantage
  • Basic knowledge of tax law is desirable
  • Experience in conceptual project work is an advantage
  • Knowledge of agile project methodologies is an advantage
  • Fluent German (C1) and very good English (B2)
