Degree in an IT-related field
Relevant IT security certifications or further training are advantageous
Extensive experience in information security, ideally with a focus on security monitoring
Experience deploying and operating a SIEM system
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and security standards (e.g., DORA, BSI IT-Grundschutz, ISO 2700x)
Strong German communication skills (C1) and good English skills (B2)
Ability to analyze complex security incidents
Ability to make clear decisions
High initiative and willingness to pursue ongoing professional development
