Degree in an IT-related field
Certifications or further training in IT security
Extensive experience in information security, ideally with a focus on security monitoring
Experience building and operating a SIEM system
Solid understanding of regulatory requirements and security standards (e.g., DORA, BSI IT-Grundschutz or ISO 2700x)
Proficient communication in German (C1) and good English skills (B2)
Ability to analyze complex security incidents and make clear decisions
High self-initiative and a willingness to pursue continuous professional development
