About the role
- Planning, coordination and execution of load and performance tests (LuP)
- Creation and maintenance of test scripts, scenarios and test environments
- Monitoring of system resources in collaboration with the monitoring team in Hungary
- Analysis and documentation of test results
- Support for cloud migration and provision of optimization recommendations together with developers and architects
Requirements
- Extensive professional experience in load and performance testing, ideally in the banking sector or a similarly complex IT landscape
- Knowledge of system architectures, networking and cloud environments
- Strong proficiency in scripting or programming languages (Java, Scala)
- Familiarity with common performance testing tools such as Gatling
- Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
- Ability to quickly understand complex topics and deliver structured solutions
- Self-driven approach to learning new topics and actively contributing to the team’s development
