About the role

  • Technical support and strategic development of applications
  • Responsibility for specific applications (third-party systems/SaaS)
  • Management of external providers regarding implementation of changes
  • Support for the introduction of new applications in compliance with applicable regulations
  • Error analysis and corrections for existing applications
  • Interface management between business units and IT
  • Preparation of project and system documentation
  • Continuous updating of existing documentation

Requirements

  • Experience in application support and application development across various platforms
  • Sufficient database knowledge (e.g., Oracle, DB2, PostgreSQL, MySQL, MS-SQL…)
  • Knowledge of data modeling and interface design
  • Advantageous: experience in the banking sector
  • Fluent German (C1) and good English (B2)
  • Interest and enthusiasm for learning different applications
  • Open, proactive and solution-oriented working style
  • Commitment and communication skills to promote team cohesion
