About the role
- Responsible for people, operations, budgets, project delivery and strategy
- Plans and supervises the operating of the given type of services
- Coordinates the service delivery activities and monitors work progress
- Handles emerging problems and conflicts
- Works in close collaboration with lead service management and other units
- Participates in projects and development of new services
- Ensures changes and incidents are handled within deadlines and service levels
Requirements
- At least 3 year of Operations Manager experience
- Experience in process mgmt. or application administration
- Experience with operation and technologies (preferred)
- Good knowledge of IT Service Management
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office applications
- Good knowledge of MS Technologies
- Language knowledge: Business English and Business German
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Good communication skills
- Structural problem-solving abilities
- Analytical skills and the ability to interpret
- Agile methodology knowledge
