About the role

  • Responsible for people, operations, budgets, project delivery and strategy
  • Plans and supervises the operating of the given type of services
  • Coordinates the service delivery activities and monitors work progress
  • Handles emerging problems and conflicts
  • Works in close collaboration with lead service management and other units
  • Participates in projects and development of new services
  • Ensures changes and incidents are handled within deadlines and service levels

Requirements

  • At least 3 year of Operations Manager experience
  • Experience in process mgmt. or application administration
  • Experience with operation and technologies (preferred)
  • Good knowledge of IT Service Management
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Excel and other office applications
  • Good knowledge of MS Technologies
  • Language knowledge: Business English and Business German
  • Strong interpersonal skills
  • Good communication skills
  • Structural problem-solving abilities
  • Analytical skills and the ability to interpret
  • Agile methodology knowledge
