About the role
- Correspondence in German and English
- Monitoring and managing scheduling/appointment matters
- Planning, organizing and follow-up for meetings and workshops
- Coordinating content with other departments
- Supporting appointment scheduling and project administration
- Administrative and organizational tasks (e.g., travel planning)
- Designing and preparing presentations and documents
- Use of AI tools to automate and optimize work and project processes
- Proactive initiative in applying AI, including leveraging knowledge gained during studies to assess potential use cases
Requirements
- You are enrolled as a regular student at a state-recognized university for the entire duration of the role and have completed at least 2 semesters
- Study focus in economics (VWL), business administration (BWL), humanities or another relevant field
- Fluent German and English, both written and spoken
- Regular use of MS Office applications, especially experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations
- Knowledge of low-code/no-code platforms (e.g., MS Power Automate) is desirable
