About the role
- Support the development and implementation of AI-related controls across the DBAG AI Tech Stack and create relevant documentation
- Support the analysis and documentation of AI-related regulatory requirements (CSM AICM, EU AI Act, ISO and internal guidelines)
- Assist in mapping control requirements to internal processes and ensure consistent, structured, and audit-ready documentation
- Prepare workshop materials, support project management activities, collect stakeholder input, and help consolidate results into status overviews and prioritization reports
- Conduct research on industry standards, best practices, and methodologies used by hyperscalers and AI providers
- Maintain and update governance documentation and templates, including preparing them for integration into existing tooling
Requirements
- You are enrolled for the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least four semesters
- Study focus in informatics (computer science), mathematics, physics, economics, business administration, humanities, or other relevant fields
- Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in the area of Artificial Intelligence (e.g., study abroad, internships) and have foundational knowledge of AI systems and cloud technologies
- You are interested in conducting research, synthesizing findings, and presenting actionable insights
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong organizational abilities
- Very good knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint
- Experience with cloud hyperscalers and project management tools is desirable
- You are fluent in written and spoken English
