About the role

  • Support the development and implementation of AI-related controls across the DBAG AI Tech Stack and create relevant documentation
  • Support the analysis and documentation of AI-related regulatory requirements (CSM AICM, EU AI Act, ISO and internal guidelines)
  • Assist in mapping control requirements to internal processes and ensure consistent, structured, and audit-ready documentation
  • Prepare workshop materials, support project management activities, collect stakeholder input, and help consolidate results into status overviews and prioritization reports
  • Conduct research on industry standards, best practices, and methodologies used by hyperscalers and AI providers
  • Maintain and update governance documentation and templates, including preparing them for integration into existing tooling

Requirements

  • You are enrolled for the entire period of activity at a state-recognized university as a regular student and have completed at least four semesters
  • Study focus in informatics (computer science), mathematics, physics, economics, business administration, humanities, or other relevant fields
  • Ideally, you have already gained initial practical experience in the area of Artificial Intelligence (e.g., study abroad, internships) and have foundational knowledge of AI systems and cloud technologies
  • You are interested in conducting research, synthesizing findings, and presenting actionable insights
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational abilities
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office and SharePoint
  • Experience with cloud hyperscalers and project management tools is desirable
  • You are fluent in written and spoken English
