About the role
- Support the preparation and execution of assessments/testing to ensure effective implementation of control requirements
- Assist in consolidating and structuring assessment evidence
- Support the team in following up on results and recommended improvements
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of methodologies, templates, checklists, and working practices
- Support validation and central tracking of ICT control ownership
- Assist in validating the mapping of control requirements
Requirements
- Enrolled in a bachelor's or master's degree program in Information Security, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Informatics, Risk Management, or comparable field
- Strong interest in IT risk management, information security, governance, controls, and regulatory topics
- Basic understanding of cloud security, network security, vulnerability management, SIEM, IAM/PAM, or incident response (or motivation to learn)
- Very good analytical skills, creativity, and critical thinking
- Competent in handling MS Office applications (in particular VBA, Excel, Access, Power Point, Word)
- Good communication and presentation skills in English; German is an advantage
