About the role
- Plan and define Deutsche Börse Group audit areas and perform risk assessments
- Prepare and carry out audits and participate in Deutsche Börse Group coordinated audits
- Identify deficiencies and improvement opportunities and develop pragmatic solutions to address issues
- Support the preparation of audit reports and communicate results to responsible line management in the audited areas
- Follow up on audits and recommendations
- Support line management and projects by providing audit-related consultancy in proposing and implementing appropriate internal controls
- Actively contribute to shaping the audit methodology and processes and support risk-based audit planning
Requirements
- University degree in economics, business administration, banking, law or a related field
- Minimum of two years of professional experience
- Proven knowledge of internal audit processes; professional certifications (e.g., CIA, CRMA) are a plus
- Knowledge of Deutsche Börse Group business, processes and systems is an advantage
- Strong analytical skills, methodological expertise and conceptual understanding
- Initiative, ability to work independently and a goal-oriented approach
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- High proficiency in both written and spoken English; German language skills are an asset
