About the role

  • Champion the successful operation of dedicated parts of the Cloud Governance Framework
  • Actively support cloud governance owned processes including the cloud exit plan creation and exit testing procedures
  • Understand and assess risks for cloud platforms
  • Document, monitor and support the management of risks for cloud platforms
  • Contribute risk reporting into the overall Governance reporting
  • Support maintenance and continuous development of the cloud risk documentation and communication
  • Be a trusted contact for application owners, 2nd line control functions and IT security specialists and coordinate risk management across various stakeholder groups
  • Actively support communication around results of assigned cloud controls.

Requirements

  • Completed university degree in Computer Sciences, Business Administration, or similar
  • 2-3 years of relevant professional experience in Governance and/or Risk Management or developer of cloud-based applications
  • Knowledge of industry regulations, standards, and best practices for cloud computing, such as BSI C5 and CSA CCM
  • Understanding of cloud computing concepts with a focus on GCP and/or Azure
  • Theoretical understanding of concepts around defining and measuring OKRs and KPIs
  • Ability to grasp technical architectures, processes, or problem statements, and their inherent business-relevant risks and impacts
  • Proactive and hands-on mentality with emphasis on teamwork
  • Proficiency in written and spoken English; German language skills will be an asset.
