About the role
- Looking after existing and new customers in Central and Eastern Europe by offering the best possible solution and expanding new business opportunities
- Manage relationships with customers, including contractual negotiations
- Manage revenue targets
- Analyse and monitor customers’ financial conditions and business model
- Support projects in the organization
- Support and involve Clearstream Senior Management in their aim to strengthen the company relations with its clients
Requirements
- University degree in business studies or comparable qualification
- Sales and Relationship Management experience in securities services or similar
- Developing relationships with prospects
- Maintain relationships with clients by providing support, information, and guidance
- Goal oriented, team player and customer focused
- Competitor overview and market knowledge
- Knowledge of current and upcoming regulation is considered an advantage
- Willingness to travel
- Excellent presentation and communication skills
- Advanced proficiency in written and spoken English (negotiation level), along with fluency in any additional language used within the CEE region
