About the role
- Identify sources of antitrust-related compliance risk, assess related risks, and identify potential areas of non-compliance
- Review, structure, document, and implement risk-based mitigation measures considering DBG’s business model, including reviewing policies and procedures tailored to DBG’s operations and related antitrust compliance risks
- Raise awareness of antitrust compliance within DBG, including preparing training on antitrust compliance matters for employees
- Serve as a subject-matter expert on antitrust compliance matters
- Prepare antitrust-related compliance reports and disclosures for senior management
- Collaborate with various group entities and business areas exposed to antitrust compliance risk as well as Group Legal to minimize antitrust compliance risks
Requirements
- University degree in law or a related field
- Minimum of 2 years of relevant professional experience in Compliance or Legal, preferably with a focus on competition law and/or Compliance Management Systems
- Strong knowledge of EU competition law and related requirements, as well as industry best practices
- Strong writing, conceptual, and methodological skills, with the ability to present positions clearly and in a structured manner
- Ability to work in a team and within a matrix organisation in a multicultural, multi-location international environment, demonstrating a high level of initiative, commitment, and motivation
- Proficiency in German and English is required.
