About the role
- You will assist in planning conferences, webcasts, and targeted events, from initial booking through on-site execution.
- You will manage administrative tasks related to event planning and marketing activities.
- You will help maintain timelines and checklists for events and marketing projects.
- You will coordinate logistics for events, including booth design, materials, and communication with external organizers.
- You will assist in updating marketing content across channels (e.g., website, email, social media) related to events.
- You will also support the execution of in-house events ranging from 100 to up to 1,500 participants.
Requirements
- You are enrolled as a full-time student at a state-recognized university for the entire duration of the internship and have completed at least three semesters.
- Ideally, your studies focus on business or a related field with a marketing emphasis.
- You bring initial hands-on experience from internships in marketing and have exposure to events.
- Collaboration comes naturally to you; you integrate quickly into teams, while your curiosity and proactive mindset help you tackle new challenges independently.
- You are confident with MS Office tools and can handle tasks efficiently.
- Familiarity with content management systems is a plus.
- You have a genuine interest in capital markets, including derivatives.
- You communicate fluently in English and German, both written and spoken.
