About the role

  • Design, implementation and management of cloud network infrastructure across GCP and Azure
  • Provisioning of hybrid and cloud connectivity solutions (ExpressRoute, Interconnect, VPN)
  • Troubleshooting complex network issues to ensure high availability and low latency
  • Administration and operation of SaaS-based cloud networking solutions
  • Execution, maintenance and improvement of operational processes to ensure compliance and service excellence
  • Conducting incident investigations, communication and resolution
  • Supporting internal and external audits and remediating findings
  • Assisting in the creation of security baselines for new cloud network services and performing risk assessments of cloud network topics
  • Strict adherence to internal company processes, standards and operational procedures
  • Investigating and implementing automation for network operations where relevant

Requirements

  • Degree in Information Technology, Electrical Engineering, Engineering or a related field
  • 5–10 years’ experience in networking and connectivity in hybrid cloud environments (GCP & Azure)
  • Expertise in SaaS-based networking solutions
  • 2+ years of hands-on experience with Terraform in production environments
  • Solid knowledge of traditional networking technologies (routing/switching, IP addressing & subnetting, network protocols)
  • Customer-oriented mindset with experience collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
  • Previous experience operating complex, mission-critical network infrastructures, ideally in financial environments
  • Excellent analytical skills and structured thinking
  • Highly organized, autonomous and quality-conscious with a strong sense of responsibility
  • Full professional proficiency in English, both written and spoken
