About the role

  • Manage and maintain customer data in our CRM system (SAP Sales and Marketing Cloud)
  • Develop compelling dashboards to track key performance indicators (KPIs)
  • Apply marketing analytics techniques to gather insights from digital campaigns
  • Set up, manage, and analyze email marketing campaigns using SAP Marketing Cloud
  • Develop and implement targeted SEO strategies for website optimization
  • Assist with website management and provide editorial support for Eurex websites
  • Create reports and marketing analyses to measure success
  • Participate in various projects and carry out independent research tasks

Requirements

  • Enrolled as a full-time student at a state-recognized university
  • Completed at least 3 semesters
  • Field of study in business informatics, economics, business administration, mathematics, or a related discipline
  • Some practical experience through internships in marketing
  • Hands-on experience with email marketing campaigns
  • Familiarity with website and digital advertising performance metrics
  • Very good knowledge of Microsoft Office applications (especially Excel)
  • Initial experience with SEO, analytics reporting, and CRM systems (knowledge of SAP Sales/Marketing Cloud is a strong advantage)
  • Basic knowledge of content management systems is a plus
  • Strong interest in capital markets, ideally including derivatives markets
  • Fluent in English; German language skills are a plus
