• Assist in planning and implementing graduate trainee and internal talent development programs
• Maintain program documentation, including participant lists and schedules
• Respond to questions from trainees and talent program participants
• Support the development of talent programs by collecting and analyzing feedback
• Coordinate and facilitate New Joiner Welcome Sessions
• Support the global Performance Management process
