About the role
- Ticket creation in SAP CRM for Level 1 support teams in Deutsche Börse Client Service department
- Support our internal teams in administrative tasks and internal projects
- Provide telephony assistance in the event of incoming overflow calls
- Maintain contact information in SAP
- Support of upcoming releases of trading and clearing systems
- Work in shifts
Requirements
- Students must be enrolled in an academic program recognized by the state during their student assistance
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Proficiency in English and in German
