About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage and expand existing customer relationships
- Take on and personally manage our key accounts
- Acquire new customers in your sales territory
- Advise on and present our products and solutions
- Prepare quotes and conduct contract negotiations
- Monitor market and competitor activity
- Work closely with the internal sales team
Requirements
What you’ll need- Sales talent, outgoing personality and a friendly demeanor
- Customer-oriented mindset and approach
- Experience in field sales
- Good German skills, both written and spoken
- Strong teamwork and communication skills
- Well connected in Flensburg and the surrounding region
- Enjoy developing existing contacts and building new customer relationships
- Product knowledge in occupational safety and workwear or in tool technology and industrial equipment is desirable but not required
