About the role
- Connect with potential clients and schedule appointments for travel advisors while working from home
- Reach out to potential clients by phone, email, or messaging
- Schedule and confirm appointments for travel services
- Collect key travel details (dates, destination, budget)
- Maintain organized lead and appointment records
- Help gather basic travel details and ensure a smooth start to each client’s vacation planning process
