About the role

  • **What You’ll Do**
  • **Project Coordination & Delivery (Primary Focus)**
  • - Coordinate website projects from planning through launch
  • - Manage timelines, tasks, and deliverables across multiple projects
  • - Help in the coordinator of Web projects with Web Project Managers and other team members
  • - Ensure clear communication of requirements, feedback, and updates
  • - Understand projects scope and help keep projects on track with the team
  • - Support with QA processes and launch readiness
  • **Collaboration & Process (Ongoing Focus)**
  • - Work closely with Project Managers, designers, developers, and marketing team members
  • - Help improve internal workflows and project management processes when needed
  • - Maintain documentation, briefs, and project assets
  • - Contribute to a culture of accountability, clarity, and continuous improvement

Requirements

  • **What We’re Looking For**
  • - Minimum 3 years of experience in website project management or Website project coordination
  • - Strong understanding of web projects (WordPress is a necessity, custom builds or Shopify is a plus)
  • - Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • - Clear and confident communicator with both clients and internal teams
  • - Fully bilingual (French and English, spoken and written)
  • - Detail-oriented with a proactive, problem-solving mindset

  • **Profil recherché**
  • - Minimum de 3 ans d’expérience en gestion ou coordination de projets web
  • - Bonne compréhension des projets web (WordPress est requis, les projets sur mesure ou Shopify sont un atout)
  • - Excellentes compétences en organisation et en gestion du temps
  • - Excellentes aptitudes en communication, avec aisance auprès des clients et des équipes internes
  • - Bilingue (français et anglais, à l’oral et à l’écrit)
  • - Souci du détail et attitude proactive axée sur la résolution de problèmes
