Own HubSpot administration and manage integrations across our core revenue-related systems (e.g. HubSpot, ZoomInfo, Stripe, Intercom, Clay, Revenue Hero, IPQS, etc.).
Partner with Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Operations, and Finance teams to design and optimize GTM processes, ensuring strong alignment across all revenue-generating functions.
Develop and maintain automated workflows to streamline Revenue Operations processes, reducing manual effort
Ensure seamless data flow and synchronization between different platforms to maintain data integrity and accuracy, collaborating with internal stakeholders across the company to properly structure data to support key insights and reporting.
Provide insights and recommendations from data analysis to VP of Sales & Customer Success, resulting in smarter decisions across Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success.
Support forecasting and pipeline management for Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success, ensuring accuracy across net new business, upsell, and renewals

Requirements

5+ years in Revenue Operations, Sales Operations, or Marketing Operations
3+ years of experience with Hubspot Enterprise CRM (HubSpot certified admin is preferred)
Expertise in API development, integrations, and advanced workflow logic
Experience in at least one programming language (Python or JS preferred)
Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams (e.g. Sales, Marketing, Customer Success, Finance) and technical teams (e.g. Product, Engineering)
Proven ability to quickly identify and solve ambiguous problems with close attention to detail
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that enable you to earn trust across the company.
