Requirements

What you’ll need

Manage implementation projects;
Build and maintain proactive relationships with new clients;
Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process;
Ensure projects meet schedule, scope, budget, and quality requirements;
Configure the entire Desenvolve ecosystem according to our clients' business rules;
Conduct information-gathering meetings with clients focused on tactical and strategic needs;
Investigate, document, and resolve issues encountered by our clients;
Deliver training to public servants and system users during implementation and rollout;
Create workflows and engagement and learning materials for clients;
Ability to understand business rules and translate them into practical solutions;
Organized and autonomous, able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives;
