- Achieve objectives and deliver results aimed at account retention and expansion;
- Lead implementation projects and people initiatives, modernizing Brazil's municipalities with Desenvolve;
Requirements
What you’ll need- Manage implementation projects;
- Build and maintain proactive relationships with new clients;
- Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction throughout the implementation process;
- Ensure projects meet schedule, scope, budget, and quality requirements;
- Configure the entire Desenvolve ecosystem according to our clients' business rules;
- Conduct information-gathering meetings with clients focused on tactical and strategic needs;
- Investigate, document, and resolve issues encountered by our clients;
- Deliver training to public servants and system users during implementation and rollout;
- Create workflows and engagement and learning materials for clients;
- Ability to understand business rules and translate them into practical solutions;
- Organized and autonomous, able to manage multiple concurrent initiatives;
