About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead and direct specialized teams for maintaining, repairing, and upgrading renewable energy assets
Oversee daily operations and full P&L management across multiple external projects
Provide expert guidance on financial performance and equipment reliability
Set strategic direction for supervisors and coordinators including operations, process improvement, business analysis, and budget planning
Drive operational excellence through continuous improvement and benchmarking
Ensure compliance with safety and environmental standards while maintaining positive relationships with stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree in engineering, business administration, or a related field
Five (5) years or more of relevant work experience
In lieu of a bachelor's degree, High School Diploma/GED AND nine (9) years or more of relevant experience
Knowledge & experience with electrical circuits, electro-mechanical construction principles
Experience in overseeing contractors and administering programs relating to policy, contracts & procedures
Knowledge of Environmental, Health & Safety measures/controls for occasional training purposes as well as new program roll out
Work management processes, Maximo scheduling, contractor oversight, contract management, project management
In-depth knowledge and experience in the specific specialized field being managed
