About the role

  • Confirm pricing and work has been completed to invoice customer
  • Interpret and cross reference contract terms and conditions to transaction details
  • Serve as a backup for month-end activities
  • Research and resolve billing discrepancies
  • Process sales and payment transactions utilizing Maximo Service Provider
  • Validate completeness and accuracy of large volumes of data to support monthly close

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in economics, finance, accounting or another related field
  • One (1) year or more of relevant working experience
  • In lieu of an associates degree, a HS Diploma/GED with six (6) years or more of relevant working experience
  • Master’s degree in economics, finance, accounting or another related field (desired)
  • Three (3) years or more of experience with invoices, sales transactions or other relevant experience (desired)
  • Proficient using Microsoft products such as Excel, Word, and Power Point
  • Experience with financial applications and query tools (e.g. AP systems)
  • Experience in the banking industry (desired)
  • Demonstrated organizational skills
  • Attention to detail
  • Must be able to effectively communicate within a diverse, cross-functional environment including managers, co-workers, customers, and corporate departments
  • Must be able to work independently and as part of a team
