About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead strategic Operations projects, ensuring planning, execution, monitoring and delivery within established deadlines
- Support the implementation of new operational processes, systems and tools, including POS change projects
- Map, review and propose improvements to operational processes, seeking simplification, increased productivity and standardization
- Prepare schedules and action plans, tracking project performance indicators
- Produce analyses, presentations and management reports to support decision-making
- Interface with internal departments, suppliers, field consultants and franchisees
- Develop procedures, flows, policies and supporting materials related to projects
- Monitor risks, identify improvement opportunities and propose solutions to increase operational efficiency
- Support Operations leadership in managing priorities and tracking strategic initiatives
- Contribute to the continuous evolution of the network's operational standards
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, Management Processes, Project Management or related fields
- Knowledge of project and process management
