About the role

  • Develop team members on technical matters;
  • Mentor team members to improve hard skills and soft skills;
  • Serve as the technical reference for the team;
  • Lead initiatives and provide business support;
  • Act as a hands-on contributor in developing complex solutions, supporting the team with technically blocked tasks;
  • Work closely with clients;
  • Design and develop front-end for web pages and applications using JavaScript (React, Vue, Angular);
  • Analyze, develop, and test applications, following appropriate methodologies and procedures for deployment;
  • Support technical and functional definitions driven by business needs;
  • Document the entire code development process;
  • Maintain existing codebases through testing and bug fixes;
  • Assist with integration with the system backend;
  • Contribute front-end development expertise to project teams;
  • Produce status reports and highlight potential issues for the Project Manager;
  • Participate in technical meetings and project ceremonies;
  • Stay up to date with market trends and propose solutions that add business value and improve code quality based on a systemic understanding of the application.

Requirements

  • Experience with technologies such as HTML, JavaScript and TypeScript;
  • Experience using vanilla JavaScript;
  • Knowledge of the React.js framework;
  • Experience with libraries such as Redux, Flux and Hooks;
  • Understanding of responsive design;
  • Experience with version control tools (Git, SVN);
  • Application of unit testing, Clean Code principles and Clean Architecture;
  • Experience with unit testing;
  • Familiarity with agile development;
  • Proficiency in English with advanced verbal and written communication skills.
