About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide subject-matter leadership for a team of Communication Consultants at varying levels of experience
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for an international top key account and offer independent, proactive consultancy across all relevant media types and target audiences
  • Coordinate the team and collaborate with other internal departments, maintain existing client relationships, and ensure sustained customer satisfaction
  • Actively promote relevant agency and network services, present data-driven communication strategies, trends, and studies, and drive cross-selling opportunities
  • Plan and manage independent cross-media campaigns and strategies; analyze competitor and target audience data
  • Oversee project management for all campaigns, ensure smooth implementation, and continuously improve internal processes
  • Analyze ongoing and completed campaigns, derive optimization measures, and take responsibility for reporting
  • Contribute to new-business initiatives and budget defenses — acting as project lead when required
  • Coach trainees and junior staff, conduct feedback and goal-setting discussions, and support the professional and personal development of the team

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed commercial vocational training or a degree in Marketing, Communications, or Media
  • At least 5 years of professional experience in marketing, communications, or media, ideally with a healthcare focus and direct client contact
  • Very good German and good English language skills, both written and spoken
  • Confident demeanor, strong presentation skills, and a solution-oriented mindset and working style
  • Very good knowledge of MS Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint
  • Ability to work independently, proactively, and in a structured manner, with a strong team orientation
  • Leadership skills, willingness to take responsibility, and resilience under pressure
  • Strong analytical aptitude
