About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of product development initiatives
- Define the delivery scope, goals, and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with client management and stakeholders
- Develop detailed delivery plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation
- Coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure the delivery requirements are clearly understood and met
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies
- Ensure timely and effective communication with stakeholders, providing regular updates and status reports
- Facilitate meetings and discussions to drive decision-making and resolve delivery issues
- Manage changes to the delivery scope and schedule
- Ensure that deliveries are delivered on time, and within scope
- Conduct post-delivery evaluations and identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with the product management team to define product vision, strategy, and roadmap
- Report and escalate to Programme Management
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
- Proven experience as a Commerce Delivery Lead in a technology-driven environment
- Strong understanding of project management methodologies (e.g., Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, Hybrid) and tools (e.g., Jira, Trello, MS Project)
- Demonstrated experience in product management, including product lifecycle management and roadmap development
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage multiple topics simultaneously
- Exceptional communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
- PMP, PMI-ACP, or Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certification is a plus
- Hands-on experience with CI/CD and monitoring tools (Bamboo / Jenkins or similar, Grafana / OpenSearch or similar) is a plus
