About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Shape and lead the resource management capability across CXM UK
Drive workforce planning, allocation and utilization through data-led insight
Embed consistent processes and tools
Manage demand, resolve conflicts and optimize talent development and business outcomes
Report to the Head of Resource Management UK
Advise leadership and line personnel on workforce planning and resource management processes
Collaborate in setting and driving the change journey across all stakeholders
Oversee ongoing resource and workforce management activities
Manage HR for 1-3 Resource Managers and Specialists

Requirements

What you’ll need

Strong experience in Resource /Talent Management or Business Transformation or Operations Management and/or excellence
Experience of the Adobe Workfront tool an advantage
Excellent knowledge of HR core concepts and best practices
Experience with financial concepts, practices, and administration
Contract management skills
Business and commercial acumen
Budget management skills
Focus on building processes and improvement in staffing efficiencies
Comfortable in an ambiguous, fast-paced environment with frequent deadlines
Exemplary coaching skills.
Excellent influencing skills with a compelling case based on analysis and facts
Strong project management and organizational skills – excellent time management and ability to multi-task among competing demands
