About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Prepare solution proposals and architecture diagrams
  • Implement solutions directly
  • Mentor junior architects
  • Lead engagements with clients for cloud architecture and related projects
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance and security

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • 10+ years of experience in cloud architecture
  • Hands-on experience with AWS and/or Azure and/or GCP data services (BigQuery, Synapse, Redshift, Databricks, etc.)
  • Any two cloud experience
  • Strong knowledge of data modelling, ETL/ELT pipelines, data warehousing and analytics platforms
  • Expertise in data governance, security and compliance frameworks
  • Ability to prepare solution proposals, architecture diagrams, and cost models
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and client engagement skills
  • Should be hands-on in development, with the ability to design and implement solutions directly
  • Experience in Python for data engineering, automation, and solution prototyping
  • Mentor junior architects to develop technical capabilities and strengthen the overall architecture practice
  • SAAS based tools experience (Databricks etc)
  • MDM experience (Informatica, Reltio, Profisee etc)
  • Proven track record in pre-sales solutioning and responding to RFPs/RFIs
  • Familiarity with AI/ML integration into data architectures
  • Prior experience in consulting
  • Onsite experience in Europe / UK / US
