About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope.
Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to confirm project goals, scope, and requirements.
Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and other project resources.
Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring collaboration and high-quality project deliverables.
Allocate project resources, ensuring that team members have the necessary capacity to complete their tasks.
Monitor resource use and make adjustments to increase project efficiency.
Manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
Develop project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
Provide regular project status updates and reports, highlighting milestones and risks.
Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, requirements, change requests, and other project-related artifacts.
Ensure documentation of project decisions and outcomes.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's Degree, in related field
Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on digital experience technology implementations and related projects.
Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
Experience successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
In-depth understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices.
Familiarity with user experience (UX) design, web and mobile development, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing.
Experience managing project budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring project profitability.
Identify and overcome project-related challenges and risks.
Experience managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience applying them to digital projects.
