About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Develop project plans, ensuring that projects are delivered on time, within budget, and according to the defined scope.
- Collaborate with stakeholders, both internal and external, to confirm project goals, scope, and requirements.
- Manage client relationships and ensure client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead cross-functional teams, including designers, developers, marketers, and other project resources.
- Provide guidance and direction to team members, ensuring collaboration and high-quality project deliverables.
- Allocate project resources, ensuring that team members have the necessary capacity to complete their tasks.
- Monitor resource use and make adjustments to increase project efficiency.
- Manage risks throughout the project lifecycle to minimize their impact on project outcomes.
- Develop project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring cost control.
- Facilitate communication between project team members, stakeholders, and senior management.
- Provide regular project status updates and reports, highlighting milestones and risks.
- Identify opportunities for process improvement and implement best practices to enhance project management efficiency.
- Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, requirements, change requests, and other project-related artifacts.
- Ensure documentation of project decisions and outcomes.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree, in related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Project Manager, with a focus on digital experience technology implementations and related projects.
- Demonstrated expertise in project management methodologies, tools, and best practices.
- Experience successfully managing complex projects from initiation to completion.
- In-depth understanding of digital technologies, trends, and best practices.
- Familiarity with user experience (UX) design, web and mobile development, content management systems (CMS), and digital marketing.
- Experience managing project budgets, allocating resources, and ensuring project profitability.
- Identify and overcome project-related challenges and risks.
- Experience managing client relationships, understanding client needs, and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Familiarity with Agile project management methodologies, such as Scrum or Kanban, and experience applying them to digital projects.
