About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Solutioning and managing clients data transformation programs
Providing guidance on architecture, platform, tooling, and AI
Enabling thought leadership discussions at key points within client's data, AI and Agentic journey
Developing comprehensive program, data and AI strategies and roadmaps
Leading cross-functional planning sessions with creative, strategy, data analytics, technology, and media teams
Being the primary contact for assigned client stakeholders
Managing program budgets from $3M+
Overseeing program execution, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards and deadlines

Requirements

What you’ll need

15+ years of IT experience
Track record managing large programs
Experience working with Fortune 500 clients
Experience presenting to executives
Proficiency in project management tools (Smartsheet, Jira, Microsoft Project, or similar)
Familiarity with marketing technology stack including CRM systems, marketing automation platforms, data management and eCommerce tools
Experience managing large, diverse teams in matrixed environments
