Key responsibilities & impact

Lead small and midsized projects while supporting large integrated projects with confidence and craft.
Champion the creative by finding versatile solutions to keep good ideas alive.
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams of art directors, copywriters, designers, account management, project managers, creators, editors, and animators.
Guide junior talent and share your production wisdom.
Develop and curate a trusted network of partners for production challenges.
Engage with multi-discipline teams, vendor procurement, and management.
Work hand-in-hand with Business Affairs from concept to delivery.
Apply basic knowledge of talent guidelines and payments.
Track and actualize production budgets.
Ensure overall quality of work of deliverables and workstreams.
Lead post-project summaries and share learnings.

Requirements

What you’ll need

3 years minimum agency or production experience
Demonstrated experience producing small to midsize projects independently, including development of production specs and schedules, leading projects from pre-production through final delivery
Experience assessing feasibility of creative projects and proposing production solutions that push the quality of work forward
Endlessly curious, production-obsessed, and always chasing clever solutions
