About the role
- Lead products through the full lifecycle—from discovery to launch and ongoing iteration
- Translate business needs into clear, user‑centered product requirements
- Write strong documentation, including workflows, acceptance criteria, and user stories
- Prioritize backlogs and partner closely with developers, including offshore teams
- Collaborate with cross‑functional stakeholders across departments and time zones
- Support internal and external projects that vary in size, scope, and audience
- Contribute to a team culture that values learning, curiosity, and inclusive decision‑making
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of product management experience (more is welcomed; less may be considered based on strength of experience)
- Experience working in digital product or tech agency environments, where you’ve worked across multiple products or clients
- A track record of taking products from concept through launch, including post‑launch iteration
- Strong skills in requirements writing, documentation, and prioritization
- A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity
- Familiarity with web applications and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
- Comfort partnering with offshore teams, including teams in India
- Ability to work in Eastern or Central time zones for team overlap
- Eligibility to work without sponsorship
