Key responsibilities & impact

Lead products through the full lifecycle—from discovery to launch and ongoing iteration
Translate business needs into clear, user‑centered product requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

3–5+ years of product management experience (more is welcomed; less may be considered based on strength of experience)
Experience working in digital product or tech agency environments, where you’ve worked across multiple products or clients
A track record of taking products from concept through launch, including post‑launch iteration
Strong skills in requirements writing, documentation, and prioritization
A collaborative, problem-solving mindset and the ability to navigate ambiguity
Familiarity with web applications and the ability to communicate effectively with technical teams
Comfort partnering with offshore teams, including teams in India
Ability to work in Eastern or Central time zones for team overlap
Eligibility to work without sponsorship
