About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Own project timelines, scopes, and budgets across multiple creative workstreams
Lead day‑to‑day project operations, including workflows, tracking, and reporting
Partner with Resource Management to plan, allocate, and optimize team resourcing
Initiate and manage new projects
Schedule and facilitate meetings, create agendas, capture notes, and drive follow‑ups
Track hours, expenses, and financial performance
Proactively identify risks, solve problems, and course‑correct
Support quality control and ensure work is delivered with consistency
Use tools, technology, and emerging capabilities to improve efficiency
Communicate clearly and thoughtfully with stakeholders

Requirements

What you’ll need

A Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
2–4 years of experience in project management or associate project management
A working understanding of integrated campaign tactics
Strong planning, organization, and time‑management skills
Experience collaborating with cross‑disciplinary teams
The ability to manage multiple projects at once
Core project management strengths in organization, facilitation, communication, and relationship‑building
Familiarity with low‑ to mid‑complexity project lifecycles
