Key responsibilities & impact

Harmonize the pitch team from day one
Assign roles and responsibilities within your team by embracing and empowering your team members' strengths
Ensure the team is well-grounded in the pitch process
Manage the day-to-day growth team, ensuring the team is running the pitch process to agency expectations
Track towards long-term department goals and that team members are clear on personal growth goals
Champion the development of RFPs/RFIs and sales presentations
Drive best-in-class client service by tailoring our responses to customized client needs
Lead proposals / SOWs development internally, in partnership with operations and finance leads
Develop winning pitch plans by collecting background information and cross-network information sharing
Advise on how we build the chemistry meeting, including the storyline
Ensure the pitch team is listening to feedback and incorporating it back into the process.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Minimum 5 years working in digital marketing, media, or ad-tech industries and/or client-side marketing background with specific project/process management experience
Served as a part of a successful pitch team within the last eighteen months
Proficiency in new business processes and best practices
Proficiency with MS Teams, Salesforce.com, project management tools, and concepts
Editing/editorial background
Leadership skills that nurture creativity and integration while ensuring top-of-the-line service and timely results.
