About the role

  • Overall responsibility for the comprehensive consulting and management of a key client
  • Lead and coach the team from junior to senior consultants
  • Manage both the client and the team, optimizing workflows
  • Actively support pitches and proposal processes
  • Coordinate partners, vendors and interdisciplinary teams within the dentsu network
  • Develop innovative solutions for complex challenges
  • Serve as the interface between operational business and management
  • Deliver persuasive presentations to clients and manage various client meetings
  • Align client expectations with personal goals and those of the team

Requirements

  • Several years of professional experience in a media agency, agency environment, or in a senior marketing role on the client side
  • Solid marketing and communications know-how across all media channels
  • Experienced in communication planning based on a strong understanding of clients and consumers
  • Strong organizational skills and consistently keeps all relevant KPIs in view
  • The media funnel is more than a buzzword for you—you regularly challenge its weighting and effectiveness
  • Brand building, brand sentiment and brand purpose are hygiene factors for you
  • Leadership experience and a team player at the same time
  • Empathy and strong social skills are among your strengths
  • Communication professional; confident presenting in German and English
  • You remain composed and friendly even in challenging situations
  • Managing internal and external stakeholders is not a burden for you but motivating and inspiring
