About the role

  • Lead the planning and coordination of paid social campaigns, ensuring seamless and high-quality executions.
  • Brief and support social buyers, manage influencer collaborations, and oversee campaign delivery across multiple platforms.
  • Monitor and analyze campaign performance, extract insights, and apply learnings to continuously improve outcomes and optimize further activities.
  • Stay ahead and keep up with the latest platform updates, trends, and best practices.
  • Work closely with client teams to provide guidance and day-to-day support, ensuring alignment and success across all initiatives.
  • Develop and execute the strategy of your client portfolio in line with dentsu's overall strategies, driving cross-selling and commercial growth across new and existing clients.

Requirements

  • +2 years of hands-on experience with paid social media, ideally from an agency
  • You have experience managing multiple brands and priorities.
  • Previous experience working at a media agency is considered a plus.
  • You have experience translating platform behaviours and audience dynamics into meaningful KPIs and business outcomes.
  • You understand the full funnel, from campaign structure and bidding strategies to creative testing, audience segmentation, and performance tracking.
  • You have a sharp eye for detail and a passion for delivering impactful social campaigns.
  • You thrive on data, insights, and continuous improvement.
  • You enjoy working in a team environment, sharing ideas, and contributing to collective success.
