About the role
- Advise on strategic financial plans in partnership with senior stakeholders
- Provide insight and challenge through financial analysis to enable business partners to make key decisions and achieve targets
- Support client/vendor negotiations with pricing, discounts, rebates and volume commitments.
- Analyse consolidated budgets and forecasts, offering clear interpretation and guidance
- Identify operational improvements through financial and performance analysis
- Collaborate on short, medium and long-term resource planning
- Assess client profitability and support margin improvement initiatives
- Provide high-quality analysis to senior finance leaders as needed
- Champion best-practice financial planning and data consistency across the business.
Requirements
- Strong commercial finance experience
- Experience with the Media industry
- PowerBI skills & a strong business partnering mindset
- Ability to influence stakeholders, provide guidance to the team and work independently as necessary.
