About the role
- Support the External Workforce Management (eWM) function by driving operational excellence, data analysis, and stakeholder collaboration.
- Ensure efficient lifecycle management of external workforce resources and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
- Assist in implementing objectives set by leadership and provide analytical support to refine eWM goals.
- Oversee eWM requests and assure accuracy.
- Support processes, market initiatives, and service quality improvements.
- Analyze workforce data, identify trends, and prepare reports for leadership.
- Recommend and implement efficiency enhancements.
- Help establish best practices and deliver training programs.
- Build strong relationships with internal teams and external suppliers to ensure alignment.
- Manage planning, recruiting, onboarding, and off-boarding of external workforce resources.
- Identify risks and resolve conflicts effectively.
Requirements
- 3–5 years
- English (C1 level)
- Strategic mindset and proactive approach
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management
- Financial and operational expertise
- Technical proficiency (MS Office, data analysis tools)
