About the role
- Moderate and respond to comments across clients' social channels using their unique brand voice.
- Write thoughtful, engaging content to spark conversations and drive engagement.
- Ensure online communities are safe, respectful, and aligned with client guidelines.
- Escalate issues, insights, or trends to the internal team when needed.
- Become a true extension of clients’ brands - understand their strategy, tone, and audience.
- Work remotely as part of ICUC (a dentsu company) team of creatives, strategists, content creators, and social media managers.
Requirements
- Native-level fluency in English AND German.
- Exceptionally strong written communication skills (spelling, grammar, clarity) in both English AND German.
- You live in the USA and are legally allowed to work here.
- You’re open and available to work any shift, any day - including weekends (Days 8AM–4PM CT; Evenings 4PM–12AM CT; Overnights 12AM–8AM CT).
- Professional experience managing social platforms, specifically moderating and engaging.
- Ability to write for brands and adapt tone for different audiences.
- Knowledge of the ins and outs of all the major social platforms.
- Interest/engagement in content areas like tech, retail, food, or hospitality and tourism.
- Organized, reliable, and excellent customer service instincts.
- Fast, reliable internet with no data restrictions.
- Active Facebook account.
