  • We’re seeking a high-performing Temporary Internal Account Manager to support Analytics client accounts through seamless internal coordination and operational execution.\n

  • Operational Execution: Ensure compliance and demonstrate growing fluency in internal operational processes. Prioritize and manage workload effectively to meet deadlines and deliverables. Identify and resolve internal obstacles by navigating cross-functional teams and systems. Communicate clearly on project progress, risks, and needs.\n
  • Team Collaboration and Culture: Build strong, trusted relationships through excellence in operations execution across internal teams to foster a collaborative, high-performing environment. Influence across levels to align stakeholders and drive decision-making. Offer a collaborative representation of Merkle in interactions with other dentsu brands. Contribute positively to team morale and culture; support peers and share knowledge. Continuously grow technical and business acumen through elective training and coaching.\n
  • Business Operations & Finance: Lead internal coordination for new business, renewals, and change orders. Own Salesforce project entry and work with the legal team to drive contract review. Set-up projects in in operational systems for revenue tracking and time entry. Issue intercompany agreements to allow for proper revenue recognition. Facilitate optimal project staffing across denstu brands. Manage weekly revenue forecasts and monthly invoicing; follow up on payments to minimize outstanding balances. Develop comprehensive understanding of revenue recognition models and contractual billing/invoicing types to support financial accuracy. Produce and interpret financial and project reports using tools like Excel and Power BI. Review time allocations to ensure accuracy, manage against original deal economics and proactively communicate deviations.

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree required.\n
  • 5–7 years of experience in account management, client services, or operations—agency or client-side.\n
  • 5+ years of project management experience, including working with remote teams.\n
  • Proficiency in Excel and financial tracking; experience with Power BI and Salesforce is a plus.\n
  • Strong critical thinking, problem-solving, and organizational skills with a solution-oriented mindset.\n
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and time management abilities.\n
  • Self-motivated, solution orientated, ethical, and eager to learn and grow.\n
  • Demonstrated ability to independently solve complex problems, adapt in fast-paced environments, and drive solutions with accountability and follow-through—even amid ambiguity.
