About the role

  • Ensure the planning and integration of all media disciplines for one or more clients
  • Develop communication plans that align with strategies developed with the Account Manager
  • Use all available tools to contribute to the development of insight
  • Analyze data and incorporate developed insights into each plan
  • Collaborate with media specialists during planning and activation
  • Participate in brainstorming sessions
  • Prepare client presentations and supporting rationale
  • Perform follow-ups and analyses required for performance reports
  • Respond to the client's daily requests
  • Ensure proper management of projects under their responsibility, including administrative tracking
  • Manage client budgets
  • Participate in billing processes and budget control
  • Contribute to the training of the Coordinator
  • Take part in broader discussions and strategic thinking with colleagues

Requirements

  • University degree (Bachelor's) in Marketing/Communications or equivalent
  • 2 to 3 years of experience in strategy and 360 media planning
  • Strong experience with digital media
  • Good knowledge of traditional media (TV and radio)
  • Strong verbal and written skills in French and English (bilingual)
  • High level of rigor and strong analytical skills
  • Demonstrated writing skills
  • Good knowledge of online and offline platforms
  • Strong knowledge of the Microsoft Suite (Excel, PowerPoint and Word)
  • Good knowledge of industry databases and software (Vividata, Comscore, Telmar, Lens, Infosys)
