About the role
- Manage defined client accounts independently
- Act as the main point of contact for day-to-day and strategic discussions
- Drive strategic initiatives and create opportunities for specialists to contribute fully
- Oversee processes to ensure smooth financial operations
- Assist Client Director with budget planning and forecasting
Requirements
- Management of clients regarding efficient work deployment in consideration of the client contract
- Fee and bonus control as well as alignment of client management based on contractually defined KPIs
- Independent problem solving for clients' problems
- Understanding of client's business, issues, opportunities, and objectives
- Collaboration with the Managing Director (MD), Client Director (CD), Head of Investment, and planners
- Project management for client communication plans including timelines, budget, execution, reporting, learnings, insights, invoicing, etc.
- Regular, proactive reporting of all client activities to the client
- Development of a clear annual plan for the development of each account
- Cross- and Up-selling of Dentsu and Merkle services
