Data Scientist

• Manage client communications and final deliverables
• Work in close collaboration with client service, channel delivery, and data implementation teams
• Spearhead innovation by overseeing scalable data science solutions including predictive modeling and AI/ML solutions
• Mentor team members on technical skills and general consultative skills in the service of client engagements
• Lead the gathering of user stories, brainstorming sessions, development, and eventual deployment of generalized and custom analytical solutions outside of client specific work
• Provide clients with recommendations driven by analysis and thought leadership
• Actively lead specific team-wide learning and development initiatives, including: Research into and the advancement of statistical or econometric methodologies
• Development of both bespoke and productized data science solutions
• Establish, document, and provide mentorship on best practices in data science, statistics, and computational programming
• Interface directly with clients and internal leadership to deliver results of a specific analysis and guide interpretation of analytics outputs and how to implement results
